Last update for Pop the Balloons.

So this is it for the last update, of my first and best rated game here on NG. It will have:

No sound effects. I just couldn't find any collaborators. Windows Media Player is still an option though. :)
New Bomb Powerup! Quite weak and random, but helps! Takes 5 seconds to fuse.
New Slo-motion Powerup! Feel like Neo! Lasts 5 seconds.
New Balloon Popper Lazer 2.0 Powerup! 2MANYCAMERAS4ME! Lasts 15 seconds.
Choose powerups by clicking the carboard box! Click the power up you want to use in game, or click the "X" to clear a slot.
Given 5 of each new power-up to new players.
Saving and loading! Yes, you save manually. Lazybones.
New BP Rifle! Pierces through multiple balloons! You should be tired of a bow by now.
Scoreboard! I challenge you to beat: 930. I'm 19th place on my own game XD.
